We are not to be held responsible if you do not like the color, scent, texture, etc. of the products once you receive them.
If you receive your package and it is obviously damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us within 48 hours to make a claim.
If you receive your order and the products are damaged inside the box or packaging, please notify us within 48 hours to make a claim.
Please keep all packing materials and products intact, in the box until further instruction is given. You may need these items to remain in the same condition you received them in order to prove damage to the shipping company.
If we send incorrect items, please notify us within 72 hours. We will take the proper steps to ensure that you receive the correct items that you ordered.

Our manufacturing facility IS NOT open to the public.
Delivery is available within Teller County, CO and Colorado Springs, CO. You will be contacted via email and/or phone to arrange a convenient time to have your order delivered. Delivery orders must be paid for with credit card when the order is placed or with cash upon pick up.
Delivery within Woodland Park city limits is free.
Delivery within Teller County, CO or Colorado Springs, CO will be charged a $5 service fee.
We utilize the right to ship your order to you with the shipping company that offers the highest quality service at a reasonable cost. This shipping service will usually be provided by the United States Postal Service.
Most orders received will be shipped within four business days. During busy holiday seasons we ask that you allow 7-10 business days. Please plan orders for these holidays with this time frame in mind.
It is very important that you provide the correct shipping address. If you provide an incorrect address and your order must be re-shipped you will be responsible for additional shipping charges.
We only ship within the United States.
If your package is returned to us by our shipping company after 3 delivery attempts, we will be glad to reship this for you but the cost to reship will be your responsibility. The cost to reship will be equal to the amount you paid for shipping on the order.
We ship all of our products from Central Colorado. Once shipped, depending on your location, it will take anywhere from two to five business days for your order to reach you.
Any orders that are placed will be charged the applicable sales tax rate calculated by TaxJar. Colorado is a “destination” state; sales tax for shipments within Colorado will be based off the ship-to address provided.
For out of state orders, sales tax will be based on your state’s policies.
Out of Stock Items
We make every attempt possible to keep all items fully stocked. There are times where we do run low on an item and you may order an out of stock item. If this happens we will notify you. In the event that an item is out of stock we may offer a replacement item or offer a refund for the item.
Acceptable Forms of Payment
Naturally Heather Lea processes credit card payments through Square. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, or wire transfers.
If you are receiving your order through local delivery, we accept payment in the form of cash.
